Associate Product Designer (UI/UX + Motion & Video)

We're building a next-generation AI Video Content Generation platform and are looking for a high-potential, early-career designer who can blend UI/UX, motion graphics, and video creation into compelling product and marketing experiences. This is an entry-level role designed for someone with strong fundamentals, high ownership, and a bias for learning fast and shipping quickly. Primary audience: United States & Europe.

• Design clean, intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile interfaces — landing pages, dashboards, and user flows
• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance product experience and marketing content
• Produce and edit short-form videos: product demos, ads, and social content
• Collaborate with GTM and product teams to translate ideas into high-quality visuals
• Assist in building and maintaining a consistent design system and visual identity
• Support marketing campaigns with creative assets: ads, thumbnails, and social creatives
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance data, and user behavior
• Stay updated with design, motion, and AI content trends

• 0–1 years of experience — internships, freelance, or a strong portfolio all count
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles: layout, hierarchy, usability, and responsiveness
• Basic to intermediate skills in motion graphics and video editing (short-form content preferred)
• A strong portfolio showcasing real work — UI screens and motion/video samples (mandatory)
• Good visual taste and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership and execute quickly
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Nice to Have: Exposure to AI creative tools such as Runway Gen-2 or Pika Labs
• Nice to Have: Interest in creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
