About the Role
We're seeking a Creative Ops Intern — a motivated, creative individual eager to learn the intersection of design, marketing, and operations. You'll assist with content creation, social media management, and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual content for social media and marketing materials using design tools
- Help manage social media posting schedules and engagement across platforms
- Support the team with research, scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Learn to use AI-powered design and content creation tools
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and creative projects
- Assist with basic client communication and project coordination
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and students with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in social media, marketing, and creative operations
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with in-office days
