About the Role
We're building a next-generation AI Video Content Generation platform and are looking for a high-ownership GTM Lead to drive revenue, growth, and product-market fit from the ground up. This is a foundational role (employee #1–5 in GTM) with direct ownership of revenue outcomes, not just marketing outputs. Primary markets: United States & Europe.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end revenue funnels (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Monetization)
- Take full accountability for key growth metrics: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and Conversion Rates across funnel stages
- Design and execute SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies that generate high-intent traffic and revenue
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strict focus on profitable growth
- Lead product launches end-to-end — positioning, messaging, distribution, and iteration
- Translate user research, analytics, and performance data into actionable product and growth insights
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering to prioritize features based on revenue impact
- Build scalable GTM systems and playbooks: campaigns, lifecycle flows, outbound, and experimentation frameworks
- Own copywriting and messaging across landing pages, ads, emails, and outbound
- Help build, manage, and upskill a high-performance growth and marketing team over time
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, growth, demand generation, or GTM strategy
- Proven experience as an early GTM hire (0→1 or 1→10 stage startup)
- Demonstrated success driving revenue — not just traffic or engagement (metrics required)
- Strong understanding of US & EU buyer psychology, pricing expectations, and messaging nuance
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback periods, and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with SEO + AEO strategies that convert into revenue
- Hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns delivering measurable ROAS and pipeline impact
- Proven ability to launch and iterate on products and features while managing trade-offs
- Strong execution ability across both strategy and hands-on implementation
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with native-level fluency for US audiences
- Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, or other creative tools
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, or similar
- Nice to Have: Experience building or growing communities on Discord or Reddit
