About the Role
We are looking for a Product Growth Hacker to own and drive growth targets across our digital products. You'll execute high-impact campaigns, optimize funnels, and scale revenue through organic and paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on setting targets, running experiments, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own growth targets and KPIs for each digital product, ensuring measurable results
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies — SEO, content marketing, community-driven growth, and paid campaigns
- Plan and prioritize marketing initiatives across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Quora, Discord, and others)
- Analyze funnel metrics, user behavior, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
- Run experiments across channels and tactics, iterating based on performance data
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
- Track, measure, and report on growth KPIs with clear attribution to revenue impact
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement product-led growth initiatives
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging growth tactics
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product growth
- Proven track record of growing revenue or user acquisition for digital products (case studies or metrics required)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and community-driven growth
- Experience with SEO — technical SEO, content SEO, keyword strategy, and link building
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
- Experience planning and optimizing both organic and paid marketing campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with ability to set targets, run experiments, and iterate based on results
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
- Nice to Have: Experience with platforms like Reddit, Quora, Discord for community-driven growth
- Nice to Have: Content creation, video editing, or creative direction skills
- Nice to Have: Experience with AI tools for content and marketing optimization
